Frequently Asked Questions

  • First of all please read though our sample contract and membership rules.
  • After reading though the above please arrange to view the properties with our area managers( Call, SMS or what’s app). They will be happy to show you all available rooms and tell you about the properties.

Room availability changes throughout the year. Please contact us on WhatsApp to check current availability and secure your space.

We offer both single and sharing rooms with communal bathrooms and kitchens.

Yes, rooms are furnished with the essentials, including beds, desks, wardrobes, and fridges.

Yes. We provide free uncapped Wi-Fi for all tenants.

Yes. We provide transport from University of Johannesburg(UJ) DFC to UJ APK and APB.

Please bring bedding, personal items, kitchen utensils, and study materials.

Yes, we accommodate students funded through UJ or NDT.

No, we do not charge top-ups to NSFAS-funded students.

Rent is due on or before the first day of the month for the month ahead.

No deposit is required for registered students.

Our standard lease runs for the academic year from 1 February to 30 November.

  • Please send us an email etting us know when you will be moving out and the banking details of the account you would like your deposit refunded to.
  • If your contact has not expired but you still need to move out. We will s need a calendar months’ notice! IE if you need to move out on the 1st of April you need to let us know by no later than the 1st of March.
  • On the day you want to leave one of the managers will do an inspection of your room and collect your keys. Please make sure the room is clean and all furniture is accounted for.
  • Within 7 days of moving out your deposit will be refunded to your account.
